How to Order	Inquiry Please inquire availability of an item by Order Form or Email. Confirmation We will confirm the availability of the item by Email. Order If it is available, your order is fixed. Payment Please make payment. Shipment We will ship the item you ordered as soon as we confirmed your payment.

Please note all fees associated with the remittance is your responsibility. Shipping and Handling Fee	Shipping and handling charge is not included in the price. We will inform the specific shipping cost for the item which depends on the size of the parcel, insurance cost and your destination. (For example, one standard-sized hanging scroll to the US or Europe is around 6,000yen.)
Returning	If you would like to return the item, please contact us by e-mail within seven days of delivery (Please note that all shipping fees (including insurance) associated with item returns are customer's responsibility.) We will refund the full amount of the purchase price.
